On a wonderful sunny morning, Helen and Jess Williams took part in the scenic Ilminster 10k. It takes in roads, fields and footpaths and winds its way through Dillington country estate before finishing on the town’s playing fields. Over 300 runners took part. Jess ran 49.51 with a bad knee and came in 6th woman.…
