On one of the hottest days of the year, the Welsh Inter Regional Track & Field Championships took place in Carmarthen with West, South, East, and North Wales competed against each other with Llanelli Athletes helping to secure 1st place for the West Wales team overall. This included age groups U15/U17/U20 & Seniors. Senior Male Harrison Wheeler gained double gold to in the 400m and 4x400m Relay. Also winning medals in the relays were Bryn Lawlor, Josh Peel, and Mari Wilson. Mari Wilson also won silver in the high jump.
