Some of the seniors completed the final 5k race in the Paul Popham Running Club 5k summer series on Wednesday. It was baking hot but thankfully there was a slight breeze to keep us cool. Everyone had fantastic races with some cracking times, including podium finishes for Helen Beynon who was 1st mastersFemale 🥇 🥇 and Matthew “Bull” Phillips who was 2nd masters male 🥈
