There’s been quite a few races in the first few months so far.
The West Glamorgan cross country league continued with fixture at Margam on the 18th January With Tom Badger making his club debut alongside Ant Heald and John Marson, with strong runs in tough conditions had by all.
On the 1st February it was Kenfig Hill Nature reserve the same line up competed on a very punishing sandy course
On the 7th February Seniors and Juniors ran in a very muddy Chepstow in the John Collins league , the seniors race going slightly over distance due to a wrong turn by the leaders !! Well done to Jess, Paul, Helen.Sylwia , Maks and Oliver.
On the 8th February the Llanelli half and 10k took place with Jeremy Rowlands and Sylwia Lichon having brilliant times in the 10k Ricky unfortunately had to pull up with a hip injury we wish you a speedy recovery.
There were also sone outstanding performances in the Half for Ant Heald, Donna Fernandez and Angela Jones
